Casa Nostra Bakery is known nationwide for its old world, hard crust Italian breads. The crusty outside and soft tasty inside has not changed; the owner, Mike Florio is still on the floor baking daily.
We have been providing table and artisan breads, panini, dinner rolls, breadsticks, ciabatta, focaccia, brioche, pizza crusts, and breadcrumbs for almost 45 years. We serve restaurants, banquet halls, hotels, airlines, food manufacturers, casinos, bakeries and country clubs.
